HeartThreads Clothing offers shipping delivery within the U.S. and International using UPS and US Priority Mail.Please note UPS does not ship to P.O.Boxes.
Returns and Exchanges
HeartThreads Clothing is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or refund according to our guarantee described below. To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps: Contact our Customer Service department at 760-715-0581 between 9am and 6pm PST to begin processing your return or exchange. Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. Please be sure your Order ID is on the return label for fast processing. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. HeartThreads Clothing is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, HeartThreads Clothing will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
